Fit selected loop vertices to a best-fit circle using least-squares method.

How It Works
To Circle uses mathematical fitting to find the optimal circle for your selected vertices:
- Calculates the best-fit plane using Newell’s method
- Projects vertices onto this plane (when Flatten is enabled)
- Fits a circle using Kasa (algebraic) least-squares method
- Repositions vertices onto the fitted circle
